# Blacklist and Whitelist

Users can add target addresses to the blacklist or whitelist.

Addresses added to the blacklist will always be treated as risky by default. The Risk Level will be determined according to the configuration in the Risk Strategies module.

Addresses added to the whitelist will always be treated as non-risky by default, with the lowest Risk Level.

Blacklist and whitelist addresses have the highest priority in risk identification.
