# Risk Strategies

This module is used to configure identification strategies for each risk type.

## Risk Category

#### Default Risk

When the label of a target address is of this type, the [risk tag level](/beosin-kyt-user-guide/risk-assessment/kya.md#risk-tag-level) shall be determined as the configured risk level.

#### Severity

Users can configure risk identification strategies for different risk levels as needed. If an assessment result matches a strategy, it will be identified as the corresponding risk level.

#### Exposure

Policies distinguish between direct and indirect relationships.

If a risky entity is within the direct counterparty range, the Direct Exposure strategy will be triggered. If a risky entity is within the indirect relationship range, beyond two layers, the Indirect Exposure strategy will be triggered.

#### Direction

Users can configure different strategies for Fund Inflow counterparties and Fund Outflow counterparties.

#### Amount Range

Based on on-chain transaction behavior and the risk propagation algorithm, Beosin KYT calculates the equivalent amount of risky funds transmitted from an risky entity to the assessed target.

The platform then determines whether the risky fund amount falls within the configured amount range.

#### Percentage

Based on the calculated risky funds, Beosin KYT calculates the percentage of risky funds relative to the assessed target.

The platform then determines whether the percentage falls within the configured percentage range.

The relationship between percentage and amount range is “OR”. If either condition is met, the corresponding strategy can be triggered.

## **Entity Risk**

Add target entities and configure risk strategie for them.
